| Introduction | Hi I am Meagan, I am 25 and am married to a wonderful man named David who is 32. We have a 7 month old daughter together named Sophie who is out entire world. I have tried for years to lose weight and having little to no success....Until Now....I found the 12WBT with Michelle Bridges and my weight is decreasing and my health and fitness are both increasing. I would recommend this program to anyone. I have PCOS which is another hurdle that I need to overcome. But with this new lifestyle change i'm sure I will be able to manage it and hopefully have another baby one day. This time conceived naturally. |
