Oh hell no! Spicy food is awesome. Preparing spicy food for someone is how one displays affection in my native land...actually, preparing any sort of food for someone is how affection is displayed back home, along with saying, "You're too skinny! You need to eat more! Here, have some bourbon." Ah, South Carolina.
