Introduction	Very happily married, born April 1967, two married offspring (son 1988, daughter 1992). 5' 5.5" and around 60 kg. Love cycyling, swimming, hill walking, yoga and general fitness a former avid triathlete. A convert to primal/paleo evolutionary fitness. My Sporting Heroes were Paula Radcliffe, Jessica Ennis, Jonathan Edwards, Dailey Thompson, Michael Johnson, Usain Bolt, all the great Kenyan runners, Chris Hoy, Bradley Wiggins. However, since becoming Primal I now question the drive behind the professional athlete. My goal is to share my health knowledge to help others improve their lives.
