Introduction Eloise Rapp is a member of the mammalia class, a highly active and inspired creature who has evolved into accessory design after many years working as a textile print designer. A lover of beauty in its purest form, Eloise preys on unusual colours, evocative prints and sublime textures. Though she has a resemblance to the canid family (wolves, jackals, dogs, etc.) her closer relatives are actually meerkats and mongooses. She has been in the fossil record for around 28 years, with migration patterns taking her first to the University of Technology in Sydney, then through fashion and graphic design studios before a period of settlement in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo. Eloise can now be found dwelling in Melbourne, with occasional sightings between Shibuya and the Shonan coast. Eloise adheres to a strict diet of olives, wine, line drawings, synth-punk, perfume, hojicha, retro signage, overgrown plants and dioramas. She is also easily attracted to anything in the spectral range of Pantone 16-1359 TCX. In her native habitat of Melbourne’s inner north, she can often be found gathering fruits, sticks and inspiration on sunny rooftops and in low-lit bars.
