Introduction	Long ago, I decided I wanted to be a documentary filmmaker when I grew up. A relatively obscure choice for someone who grew up in a small town, in the smallest state, where fishermen and farmers far outnumber filmmakers. Since that decision, its been a long and twisting road out of Rhode Island onto North Carolina, England, Colorado, and a few trips across the US before settling in southern California.
