| Introduction | Me and my love for cooking go way back. I can remember being very young watching Julia Child reruns on PBS when all of the other kids were watching cartoons. I was lucky enough to attend Johnson and Whales University for Culinary Arts just out of high school. I worked in food service for a few years and decided that it was time for a change so went back to school. I now work as a phlebotomist in a Hematology Oncology clinic. My husband and I recently bought our first home and I got to design my kitchen from top down. I love to entertain and cook for our friends and family in my new kitchen! My favorite thing to do is cook from scratch, especially foods that people normally buy pre made. Another hobby of mine is cake decorating. I'll always jump at the chance to make something bigger and better and outside of my comfort zone. |
