| Introduction | I believe at some point you have to realize that no matter how your family raised you or treated you, YOU are the one ultimately responsible for what you are and what you have become. Because there comes a time when you have to accept that you ARE a conscious being and being such, you CAN choose who and what you are. Who and what am I? I'm a mother, a sister, a daughter, a child, a bitch, a hypocrite (at times yes), a woman, an adult, a teacher, a student, a witch, a lover, a girlfriend, a best friend, a monster, a hopeless romantic, a procrastinator, a thinker, a doer, a fighter, an advocate, a joker, an artist...I'm lazy, tired, stressed out, scared, hard-shelled, tough, intelligent, dependable, reliable, articulate, loved, honest, hated, taken for granted, trustworthy, appreciated, goofy, silly, mean, nice, warm, cold, strict, laid back...and most of all, I'm RESPONSIBLE! and yeah, I have more issues than you can stuff in the world's largest cargo plane...but I deal with them on my own terms! Besides, everyone's got issues...and if you don't think you have issues, you're in denial buddy! |
