| Introduction | My friends call me "George". I have done a lot of research into food and cooking and have decided that I'd like to help people in a way that allows me to share my passion. You get to ride the big roller coaster three times in a row. What will keep your dad from taking a bite out of your candy apple?
Probably just the roller coaster's harness. I've never really been a fan of carmel apples (I don't like the awkwardness of biting into them), but I do love the flavor combination and textural contrast of carmel and *sliced* apples of any variety.
