Introduction	Hello my name is Brittaney, Im 22 almost 23 years old. I am starting this blog to capture and document my journey on loosing a few pounds, becoming a more healthy, & happy person. I finally decided to take charge of my body and set a good exsample for my two girls; Jeslynn & Adisyn. Those to girls are my main motivation in life and I'm not only choosing to change my lifestlye and bad habits for myself, but also for them. This is deffinitly not going to be an easy task, because I am used to eating alot of junk, fast food, and frozen foods.
