Introduction	I'm a writer and author. I'm a member of Willamette Writers, the largest writing organization in Oregon and I am the Representative of the Salem Chapter. If this blog is all about me, I'm all about Jesus. My writing is reflective of this, certainly, but I write mainstream fiction so my characters balance each other, leaving you free to make your own choices about many of life's questions.
Interests	Writing, reading, learning, spending time with family.
Favorite movies	Love romantic comedies so much my husband can't stand to be in the room anymore when I'm watching, 50 First Dates, Heaven Can Wait, While You Were Sleeping, also seen a thousand times, Overboard!
Favorite music	All kinds! Mostly-no elevator music. I predominatley listen to, Contemporary Christian, I grew up on, Country, I'll always love, Rock, My faves are, Avalon, Chris Rice, DC Talk (Jesus Freak), Hank Sr (of course), Johnny Cash, Richard Marx, Kelly Clarkson, Nickleback, really liking Daughtry...
Favorite books	Most favorite book of all time has to be, Charlotte's Web by E.B. White, I think ultimately that book is the reason I started writing. I was a slow reader and that was the only book I read for a good many years! Then came, the Hardy Boys, Nancy Drew, was okay but the Hardy's were twice as nice and twice as good-looking as far as I was concerned. Anything by, Nora Roberts, Louis L'Amour, was a talent. Right now, I'm a sponge, trying to soak up all the books I missed... My goals are to read, Stephen King, (the movies scare the hell out of me-not sure I can handle a book), Moby Dick, (yeah I never read it I just said I did-it's about a guy obsessed with a whale right?) And of course I've read the truly best book out there-God's Word, the Holy Bible, but that was a given, Nicholas Sparks, I like-but always so sad! I know I know I have a lot of catching up to do. Like I said, I write and read a lot.
