Introduction	Runner with a non-runner's diet...but I'm working on it, single mom to a college grad...until she goes back for a little more, head coach of a high school track and cross country team and life long student of the sport of running. I recently started to put my love of the sport into racing...yikes, not cute but I'm trying.
