Grampy (Tex) was born in 1925 so he's old enough to gripe and complain about the world and everything that's wrong .... And get away with it. Half the time he's angry and half the time he's just hilarious. He is colorful, eccentric and unique and keeps us entertained for hours on end. And we love him all the more for it.
