Introduction	Two eggs over easy, is the default meal choice in my house. My husband was the first one to start this craze, and the 7 year old (Turkey) quickly picked up on it. Only time will tell if the baby (Monkey) will follow suit, but if he's anything like his brother and father two eggs over easy will be one of his favorites. But it's more than that; when I sit back and reflect on mine and my husbands relationship or on my two boys, we all remind me a lot of two eggs over easy - laid back and all nestled together on the plate of life.
