Introduction	I moved to Sydney a year ago after spending nearly five years in my beloved city of San Francisco. I grew up on the East Coast, just outside of New York and also spent some time living in “the middle.” I’ve been vegetarian since 2001 and vegan since 2005.
Interests	Vegan cooking, vegan eating, traveling, blogging, talking about my cat, singing duets, exploring my beautiful city.
Favorite movies	Everything by Wes Anderson and Todd Solondz, American Psycho, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, American Beauty, and (I'm not ashamed to admit it) Dirty Dancing.
Favorite music	Cut Copy, Sufjan Stevens, Stars, Mates of State, Belle and Sebastian, Arcade Fire, Scissor Sisters, Ted Leo, The Smiths, Decemberists, Fiona Apple, Michael Franti.
Favorite books	It's been an embarrassingly long time since I bought a book that wasn't a cook book. "Fast Food Nation" and "Mad Cowboy" were both instrumental in convincing me to go vegan though.
