| Introduction | Apol Apuntar is a licensed paralegal practicing in immigration, refugee, employment, and human rights law. He completed his secondary education at The Sisters of Mary School, a tuition-free school for children from economically disadvantaged families, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Philippine Christian University and a Paralegal Diploma with honours from triOS College. With over two decades of experience in immigration practice, Apol represents clients in refugee claims, ID and IAD proceedings, as well as workplace harassment, wrongful dismissal, and discrimination matters. He is also actively involved in migrant and refugee rights advocacy through Migrante Canada, Migrant Resource Centre Canada and the Canadian Council for Refugees. |
