Introduction	Diagnosed with breast cancer the day after my 41st birthday I made the decision to rid my body of all toxins and hormones. Upon learning it was hormone receptor positive cancer, I made the decision to avoid additional hormone sources to my diet; thus the birth of plant.based.paleonista. Having already been Paleo for 4 years, I now choose to follow a plant based approach. I offer you an invitation to join me on my journey. I inspire to share my adventure and the support of my family; without them I could not dare to do something like this. Surrounded by positive energy and love, I hope to inspire others and receive inspiration from others as I await a double mastectomy 19Oct2020. Let the countdown begin....
