Introduction	Tibetan and Chinese Canadian Community Dialogue was formed in February 2009 through joint commitment from individuals from the Tibetan and Chinese community, including Chinese Canadian National Council(CCNC) and Canadian Tibetan Association of Ontario(CTAO).
