Introduction	The WKU Stormtopper Network is a student-run, volunteer storm spotting group that is affiliated with both Western Kentucky University and Warren County Emergency Management. By forecasting the weather and helping to ground-truth information vital to several different outlets, we assist Warren County Emergency Management, emergency responders and the National Weather Service by helping to confirm what they see and direct resources to where they are most needed.
