| Introduction | I'm Mme. No Quatre, a self taught cook who has graduated to chef de cuisine in my own kitchen. Experimenting with different recipes with take out menus on the other side of the fridge in case things turn out wrong. My significant other, Msr. No. Quatre is my loyal yet brave food tester. Through out the year, we've been going through "so-spicy-that-i-can't-tell-it's-chicken curry" to just delicious beef chili. Most of the dishes I've made are cooked within 1 hour and served for dinner that night. I like cookbook but I love online recipe (I'm a cheapskate when it comes to cookbook :P). I believe in recipe more as a guidelines, you follow it at your convenient. If all else fail, depending on the dish, add oregano and lemon juice or fish sauce and sesame oil. |
