Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:
You need to start with a sharp pairing knife. Take the knife firmly in hand, blade facing away from you, place your thumb on the back of the blade. Grip the apple tight at the bottom & make a shallow incision into the apple at an angle. While applying pressure to the back of the blade slowly rotate the apple, make sure to keep the apple & blade at an angle. This will take the peel off in 1 go.
