Introduction	I've lived and worked in Madagascar for a total of 24 months over the past 10 years and have had the good fortune to visit every region of this beautiful country. My Malagasy family and friends have indulged my love of cooking and showed me how to prepare essential local recipes, and now I'm posting them so others can enjoy this part of the vibrant Malagasy culture. *********** J'ai vecu et travaille a Mada pendant 24 mois sur les dix dernieres annees, et j'ai eu la chance de visiter chaque region de ce pays eblouissant. Mes amis et ma famille gasy m'ont fait decouvrir la cuisine malgache et maintenant j'affiche les recettes ici afin que les autres peuvent se regaler tout en decouvrant une partie de la patrimoine riche de Madagascar.
