Introduction	I was born in Virginia. Moved around the country until my parents stayed in Ohio. I graduated from high school in Grove City. Went to college at Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho (now known as BYU Idaho), met my husband Jason on a bus in Chicago. Married in 1992, had 6 children. I love to travel to warm tropical places. Although my last adventure was to London and that was awesome! If you ever can't find me then I'm probally in St. Maarten. I love to teach aerobics to anyone who will take my class. Through the last 10 years I have found you can be fit at any age and start getting fit at any age and that fascinates me. I wish more would try to be healthy since that eliminates so many problems. I now teach weight lifting, step aerobics and a Latin Dance class called Zumba. I am a very fun person to know!
