Introduction	Dr. Comerford entered mental healthcare after completing a fellowship in advanced leadership studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He received a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the Harold Abel School of Psychology at Capella University where he also completed a post-graduate program in mental health care management and utilization. Dr. Comerford is licensed in New Jersey as a psychologist, professional counselor, and clinical alcohol and drug counselor. He has served as an adjunct faculty member at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Georgian Court University, and the Rutgers University Center for Alcohol Studies.
Interests	The role that organizational processes have on outcomes in mental health treatment.
