| Introduction | Michelle (Parson) Zoodsma 51 yrs old, work in data management. Live in California (born and raised, but left at 18-never wanted to come back...but I've been back for nearly 4 yrs). My kids and sister are here, so while I still prefer the Midwest, the East coast, and Florida, this is where I'll spend my old age. No matter where I've lived, though, I've remained a loyal Dodgers fan. Through good and bad, I kept the faith, the superstitions, and waited (im)patiently for another '88. In 2008, made no predictions but gloried in every step closer to the grail that is October. Last year, the same...alas. May this be our year, the year of unfinished business, of answering history with history-making milestones...oh yeah, more than ready to add a big "2010" on my World Series Champions banner! I have 2 amazing children - a son and daughter, mother of my 2 adorable granddaughters. I'm blessed with more true friends than one could ask for...from times and places both old and more recent. I have missed them greatly, and love facebook mostly because it lets me reconnect easily and often with these treasured people in my life. |
