Introduction	I'm not a serious food blogger. I'm merely a graduate student who likes to cook during the weekends. My interest in cooking grew out of necessity when I came to the US for college. My school, for its charm and awesomeness, is located in the middle of nowhere and there were times I just craved Viet food and made some with the limited equipment that a college dorm could provide. Now that I have my own apartment, I cook more often. The best thing about cooking, for me, is not the food I get to eat in the end. Rather, it is the simple fact that I forget about everything when I cook ;)
