| Introduction | Well if you don't know me, I'm Steff. I've been a Chef for 13 years, currently training to be a butcher in Australia. I have been collecting cookbooks for as long as I can remember, there are some pretty strange things on my book shelves. Now that I'm spending more time in the butcher shop than in a kitchen I thought I'd challenge myself. There are nearly 150 cookbooks on my shelves. I plan to choose a book at random then choose a page (minimum once per week). I will HAVE to cook the item no matter what. I will then subject my hubby, friends and co-workers to the creations. Don't worry, there will photographic evidence. Hope you enjoy :-) |
