Introduction	When I am not spending my time at work (in the commercial refrigeration industry) I am a full time chicken keeper and I am now trying my hand a cooking, baking and making various things from scratch. The point of the blog as well as my ramblings on will hopefully be of use with various tried and tested recipes, the highs and lows of chicken keeping. Also anything I can squeeze in here that may be of remote interest!
