Introduction	I am a student on the Advanced Diploma Course at the School of Artisan Food, in Welbeck, Nottinghamshire. I started out enrolled on the baking course, but even before Week 1, butchery was calling to me. The School encouraged us to think about our choice of course and gave us a taster of all three disciplines (Bakery, Butchery and Dairy), and so I decided to change tack. I'm satisfying my urge to do fiddly silly things by doing a minor in Patisserie.
Interests	Food, especially baking and charcuterie, early music, all sorts of live music, walking, cycling.
