| Introduction | As a little girl I had a dream of becoming a writer. I always had a journal under my pillow that I would write in every single night. There was nothing in this world that I wouldn't write about. I was a little girl looking out analyzing life and writing about it. Writing was my world until a few years ago when all my journals were destroyed and thrown away. After that Writing wasn't the same for me. I would try to write from time to time but something seemed to always happen or I would get a big case of writers block and get discouraged. One day I met a man that became a great friend of mine and mentor, even after I pick up photography he knew my number one dream was to be a writer so he would always push me to write. He was a great photographer as well and we would talk for hours at a time about photography but every time with out a doubt he would ask "So How's the writing coming along Cici?" and of course I didn't really have an answer But here I am today pushing myself to do what I love to do because if my kids came up to me and told me that they were giving up on their dreams I would be disappointed at myself for not setting a better example for them. |
