| Introduction | Lawrence Light created eJobCoach.com, a website dedicated to helping job-seekers find better jobs. His work experience encompasses over thirty-five years in marketing, product and sales management, at IBM, Xerox, CSC, AGS Management, Kremer Laser Eye Center, MG Industries. He was instrumental in the release of one of the most popular systems development methodologies. He also set up and ran two companies marketing videos to hospitals / physical therapists. Currently, he specializes in coaching job-seekers in transition. Clients range from six-figure Fortune 200 executives, IT professionals, project managers, to managers of well-known non-profit organizations, graduate students, dot.com survivors, and more. A member of the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance (PACA), he belongs to the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Coachville. He also served on the Board of Directors of FortyPlus. He now resides in Orange County, California with his wife and Mocha, their standard poodle, in Mission Viejo in a home with a view of the Cleveland National Forest.
