| Introduction | Joe is Senior Instructional Technology Specialist at Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC). As an Instructional Designer and Technologist, Joe works with college faculty to help them design and develop learning solutions for their courses. He provides resources and instruction for HACC's Learning Management System (Desire2Learn). He is also an adjunct instructor teaching web design and the fundamentals of working with HTML. Joe earned his Masters of Science Degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University, Pennsylvania. |
