Introduction	We started trying to have a baby in August 2004. We did IUIs, one IVF, acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Finally I put away the thermometer, and we were happy to pursue adoption. Our daughter, Pinecone, was born July 2, 2009. Her adoption was finalized November 20, 2009. It was all worth it.
