| Introduction | We are Brooks and Kristen, Davis foodies/wine lovers. We have some professional expertise in the industries of food and wine, but we're mostly experts at eating, drinking and verbally overanalyzing everything. We like to venture outside of the Davis 'bubble' to try new culinary experiences, but Davis has some interesting places to offer also. We plan to review such high-brow establishments as In-n-Out Burger, Tucco's, The Waterboy, Mulvaney's Building and Loan, Restaurant 55, The French Laundry, Bistro Jaunty, Chez Panisse, Bouchon and Spataro, among others. We'll also blab about our adventures, recipe trials, and characters in our lives with interesting eating preferences. Comment and let us know where we should go!!
