| Introduction | Jim is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Quality Auditor, and Software Quality Engineer through the American Society of Quality (ASQ). Jim received his Lean/Six Sigma education, from Villanova University, and has worked with the Baldrige Criteria for Performance for over 18 years. He is also the author of Performance Excellence Training System (PETS). Jim has B.S. in Health Services Administration from Ithaca College and an MBA from Old Dominion University. He has been working as a consultant in the healthcare industry for eighteen years. |
