| Introduction | My name is Debbie Dowdle. I started painting in 1998 after retiring from a career in Pharmacy. It was love on the first brushstroke. I enjoy the texture of the oil paint and the vibrant color. It is so exciting to see a painting develop on the canvas. My painting began with French Impressionist artist Lillian Nublat.
