Introduction	The Rev. Dr. Philip J. Bauman is the Senior Pastor at The United Church of Christ in Medfield where he has served for 12 years. He has a B.S. in Engineering Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a B.S. in Meteorology from The Pennsylvania State University, a M. Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Pastoral Psychology from Boston University. Phil is interested in the intersection of philosophy, theology, and psychology, its impact on culture, and how a generous orthodoxy can address it. He loves reading and writing and especially poetry. Phil is married and has two daughters.
