| Introduction | I love growing vegetables. And because of that I've felt obliged to learn how to prepare everything I grow. Limited to a small rooftop between the house and the garage, there is room for several pots among the outdoor furniture. Tomatoes occupy most of the area, accompanied by peppers, chilies, beans, beets, lettuce and edible flowers. This space is wonderful because there is plenty of sun, no trees, no dogs, a minimal amount of squirrel actvity, the neighborhood cats show-up only occasionally and the bees can find what is in bloom. The harvesting is plentiful! |
