Introduction	A journalist with what I consider is a rare advantage: the experience of having worked as a sub-editor (senior sub before i switched to reporting)and news reporter (senior correspondent (environment)when I resigned at Indian Express in 2010), all in the same city. Recently, I decided to take a break and explore. I spent a month solo travelling across northern India, an exprience which enriched me to a great extent. Returning back, I have been working closely with an NGO Nature Forever Society on thier mission to save sparrows and the common urban biodiversity. Clearly, writing and conservation are the two activities I am born to pursue. Or so it seems.. :)
