Introduction	I'm an hourglass archaeologist- I am absolutely proud of my curves and being a working female archaeologist in beautiful Cymru (Wales). However, the part of the glass where the sand drops from the top to the bottom varies from time to time... Balancing a full time job, studying towards my PhD, looking after my home, simpering over my cats, attempting to exercise (the only thing that keeps me sane), learning welsh and getting back to my wedding weight (only six months ago!) means almost every minute of my day/week/month is accounted for. But I am also a bit of a rebel... and the grains of sand are running out on the lead up to Christmas for getting back to my target weight. Will I get there before that final grain of sand drops on the scale on 24th December? Time will tell...
