Introduction	The Claxton PTO is a non-profit organization whose mission is To promote the welfare of all Claxton students in the homes, school and community; to ring into closer relation the home and the school, that families and teachers may cooperate in students' education; to promote and develop the unique strengths of Claxton Elementary - recognizing the value of the rich diversity of its student body, which reflects all social, economic, racial, ethnic and religious groups; and to conduct fundraising activities for the advancement of students and the support of teachers. The PTO is open to parents and guardians, faculty and staff with no registration or membership dues requirement. We encourage you to become involved in supporting out students and our school.
