Introduction	WTF is wrong with you is my blog. But who I am isn't what matters. What does matter (to me, at least) is that I have ADHD and it's an absolute head-fuck. I was diagnosed last year, in my late 40s. The title of the blog comes from the phrase I've had asked (screamed) at me throughout my entire life: as a small kid; as a (terrible) partner; as a (shit) friend etc. And it's a question I've asked myself more than any other. So, now I know. But the feelings and emotions don't just vanish after diagnosis. I'm in the process of figuring them out. There's only so much ground I can cover with my therapist for an hour a week. There's only so much listening anyone in my life can do...wife, friends etc. So, this is my mind dump. And hey, if it helps someone else, then that's great too. There's no intended audience. There's no SEO going on. People might stumble across it, they might not. But if I can help just one person get diagnosed and answer this question, then I'm paying it forward. And I might even help them step away from the brink I've found my teering on for the past 40+ years. Let's see how it goes.
