| Introduction | I graduated with a 2:2 from Manchester Metropolitan University, in July 2002, after completing a dissertation on gender in Dario Argento films. I'm someone who thoroughly enjoys cinema in all its form and variety, and have been lucky to have met Dario Argento in-person, a couple of years ago now. (A friendlier and more humble gentleman, you could not wish to meet.) This blog was started in January 2011, as I was keen to continue writing articles, and see them published, but without the usual constraints that regular magazine and newspaper publishing limits. After it became too expensive to pursue my academic course any further, (Thanks, Coalition Government!), in the form of a Masters Degree, I decided to take my writing online instead, where it could be viewed by others, and published, without restrictions. |
