Introduction	Hi! My name is Amarachi. It's pronounced Ah-mah-rah-chi. I love to cook and bake. I want to make everything homemade, well as far as food goes. One of my biggest dilemmas is that there are too many recipes and too little time to make them all. Dramatic much? I think sarcasm should be consider a language, don't you? I'm pretty much always thinking about food. I'm going to culinary school in the fall, so it'll come in handy. So kick back, stay away, and let me fatten you up or make you drool, that works too.
