| Introduction | John Hargrave is a Senior Consultant for the Kotler Marketing Group. He has taught consumer and business-to-business marketing at the university level, as well as having directed marketing programs for over 30 years at Michelin North America. John was Michelin’s Director of Marketing Communications during the time of the famous Michelin "Baby" campaign. John also had responsibility for the development of marketing training programs for marketing personnel in all business units of Michelin North America. As a Senior Consultant for the Kotler Marketing Group, John has consulted to and conducted training programs on a number of topics for companies all over the world, including industry leaders such as Dell, ExxonMobil, Stryker, and Vodafone. John has a unique ability to help people understand the art and science of marketing in a way that is stimulating and fun. |
