Introduction	Growing up I ate the typical foods that most kids ate (mostly what my parents fed me) and if you’re anything like me it was the same stuff every week - meat and potatoes kind of meals, if you know what I mean. Not saying that I did not like my family’s cooking, because I did, and still do (on that note, my mom likes her food done, very, very done). I learned how to kind of cook when I was 18 in a high school class I had to take. Something in the class took me by storm because that passion for cooking grew fast and has not stopped growing. Now at 29, I’m a father, devoted husband, a man of God, and a blacksmith. Well that’s me, kind of a plain person that has great passion for the culinary arts. I may have never went to school for it, but at the end of the day I’m just a guy who likes to cook.
