Introduction	Born and raised in hrm. My extended family is HUGE and wonderful. In my busy house is my partner and business partner John, our teen sons Liam and Nial, my adorable mom Ann and my terrier mutt Ocean and basset hound Lux. Yes, we are a bustling around the clock! In the Summer of 2011 I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. What I knew about the condition you could fit on the top of a pin. One thing about that discovery is that is compells me to share my story....because not knowing the symptoms and how the disease progresses meant I was sick for years and miserable. I share this because if you are not feeling well and are blaming it on being busy or overweight or because it's 'Monday'...I urge you to get tested regularly. You don't have to feel like crap...TRUST ME! :)
