| Introduction | Once upon a time I was a rowdy Southern girl focused on paint, cheap whiskey, hot Arkansas nights, and being the life of the party... Nowadays I'm a semi-crunchy young mama raising an incredibly bright and beautiful little girl. I spend the better part of my day hokey-pokeying with the coolest person I've ever met. I am a single mom, small business owner, painter, blogger, and community organizer. Raised throughout the Ozarks by hippies, artists, and church-folk, I'm a little bit country and a little bit rock & roll. I'm a firm believer that sleep is for suckers and frequent spontaneous vacations are the key to success. I'm still rather Southern, young, and a little rowdy for good measure. I haven't lost my taste for whiskey or adventure, and have developed an affinity for fake eyelashes, Twitter, & white wine. Its a good life, kids. |
