Introduction	I am a stay at home mom of four beautiful kids. My husband and I were married in the Salt Lake LDS Temple 15 years ago but we’ve been inseparable best friends for 19 years. We were both born and raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I grew up in Utah and he grew up all over the U.S. from the East Coast to the West Coast and a couple of places in between. Almost all of our interests in life completely overlap except Vegetarianism, though he is 100% supportive, it is definitely my thing. Vegetarian and Vegan food are one of my many passions. My interest in Vegetarian food began more than 18 years ago. In the beginning learning to cook this way was a process, but has been an awesome experience of discovery and now…pure enjoyment. My menus are very diverse and fabulous. One of the most important things to me about being a vegetarian is good nutrition. Yes, it can be done and it is a lot of fun. I am always looking for a more wholistic approach to a healthy life.
