| Introduction | I arrived in this great country as a war refugee in January of 1950. I am a naturalized US citizen and served in the US Army and with the 3rd Armored Squadron, 17th Air Calvary during combat operations in the Republic of Viet Nam. I am now retired and develop web sites as a part time business to supplement my social security. I am a political conservative and proud of it. I believe in freedom of enterprise and freedom from government meddling in private affairs and I am for people taking personal responsibility for their health, finances and lives. I am against redistribution of wealth at the point of the governments gun. I am not a wealthy person but I do not begrudge anyone having the ability to create wealth to enjoy it as they see fit. I believe that income, capital gains and inheritance taxes are an abomination on society and hurt the low and middle class much more than they do the wealthy. |
