| Introduction | I love to cook and I love to write - so I've finally combined the two! I feed my husband and our 2 year old daughter and often cook for my mom & grandma - so nutrition is a big part of every meal. I spend most of my free time cooking and the kitchen is one of favorite places to be. I love to try out new foods, flavors and textures. I also get a kick out of sneaking in "good-for-you" ingredients into my foods! Cooking for my family is my passion. |
